great orthotic brochure!

I was able to understand what orthotics are all about after reading a brochure I found www.apma.org. Of course it's buried on their site. It talks about the three types of orthotics and impressed upon me how important it is to have your body in line from your feet up. If you catch the mis-alignment before it gets severe you may not need surgery.
